to help us build our own system?
Yes. Some clients have existing systems that provide part of
the solution. Other clients want to build their own system that
can provide answers. Either way, we work with our clients to
help them meet their needs in a manner consistent with their
goals. If that means helping a client to build their own system,
then we help them.
Can Your Software Systems be customized
or are they off the shelf?
All our software systems are customized. No two customers
ever get the same product because each client is different
in how they conduct their business.
How are you different from other software
vendors?
We understand your business, your problems, your advantages,
and your issues. Before we can provide any solution for a
client’s unmet needs, we seek first to understand the
client’s business and all aspects of it. To this end
we bring skilled listening and years of learned experience.
If we buy a solution that runs on one of
your systems, do we need to hire you to run it for us?
The Marketing Advantage® usually sets up any system solution
so that the client can run it. We are there as a resource,
to help if there is a question. Our systems are designed so
that the client can run them effortlessly. Should a client,
as some have requested, desire us to run our system at our
location and send results back via the web—we can do
this as well.
You offer a lot of great stuff, but we
do some of it ourselves. Can we pick and choose what we want?
We don’t sell products—we work with each client
to customize a solution for them that will meet their needs.
Sometimes the best solution will be a collaborated project
where we utilize the client’s existing system and add
to it. Because we don’t sell off-the-shelf software solutions,
we always work with a client to provide them with everything
they need and nothing they don’t.
If we buy one product from you, does it
talk to other products?
Every product that we develop, be it a special proprietary
project or a customized project, is designed to communicate
seamlessly with each of our other products. And should the
solution require it, we make sure that our systems work smoothly
with your systems.
