This sub-system stores all of the resources for the field sales force (including those published from other sub-systems) in one easy to access, centralized location.
Momentum™ Field Navigator was designed to work seamlessly with the other components of Momentum™— Momentum™ IC Planner and Momentum™ Performance Administrator. Momentum™ Field Navigator is a one-stop resource to which outputs from Momentum™ tools can be published; including IC plan materials, territory goals, field-level reports and much more.
Content is not limited to that which is published from the other modules. The user has the versatility to publish a wide variety of company resources and documents on Momentum™ Field Navigator, such as IC frequently asked questions, messages from leadership, etc.
The Strategic Planning module of Momentum™ Field Insight houses resources that assist the field in strategically planning their selling activity. There are two primary functions of this module: (1) outline how the sales force is being compensated and (2) provide insights to help drive performance.
For example, the Strategic Planning module is where the field would go to see what their goals are for next quarter, who their dynamic targets are for next month, etc.
While the Strategic Planning module guides the sales force’s selling activity by providing insights into how to drive performance, the Performance Monitoring module tracks actual performance through a myriad of reports and dashboards.
For example, the Performance Monitoring module is where the field would go to determine how they are tracking versus goal, how dynamic targets are performing versus non-dynamic targets, etc.
