This highly-customized computer system provides compensation reports for each Sales Rep and Sales-Manager. What makes the Compensation Advantage™ a truly unique processing system is that for each Sales Rep, the system performs three separate "Expert System" data mining processes to solutions that go beyond mere reporting of sales results. The system finds and reports the underlying reasons for each territory's performance and directions for how the sales person might improve that performance.

Each Sales Rep's incentive report provides graphs, tables and text that describe the Rep's performance. This system helps the Sales Rep create individual Trade Promotion events and effectively combine them into an overall promotional calendar. The system contains powerful forecasting models that predict the impact of each event and the overall plan. As the Rep adjusts elements of the Trade Promotion Plan, these software models project the impact on short and long term sales.

Trade Planning Advantage™ also contains record keeping and claims payment capabilities. Thus the system permits up-to-the-minute evaluations of which claims are paid, which are pending, and how much is left in uncommitted funds—so that these uncommitted funds can be reassigned to where they will do the most good.

RxQC Advantage™

This data quality control system helps detect problems with pharmaceutical data. RxQC Advantage™ identifies aberrations, trend disruptions, and initial abrupt shifts in Pharmaceutical data. A Pattern Detector reviews the different anomalies and seeks to identify any patterns in these anomalies. Should various patterns of a particular anomaly be noted, an expert interpreter program kicks in and seeks to explain the causes of the differing patterns. That is, rather than just assume that data anomalies are incorrect, the Interpreter seeks to explain them in terms of possible market consequences. Depending on the causes that the system identifies, the system can take appropriate actions regarding the data anomalies using decision rules developed by The Marketing Advantage® in cooperation with the client.
